Seamless Assistance
Well I was in a bit of a distress trying to understand the language of lawyers. They were flexible and available to break down the conversations and make the settlement as seamless as possible. The education component that was given to me and my family was perfect. I commend these lawyers on doing a great job..

FAQs
What are your fees to evict my tenant?
At Chi City Legal we offer flat rate fees depending on where you’re at in the eviction process. There are three distinct phases, whether you haven’t filed, have already filed a case, or your case has been jury demanded. Click on any one of those links to learn more.
Do I really need a lawyer for an eviction?
Would you be better off with a lawyer than without? Yes. While many people characterize the eviction process as relatively simple, there are many technical aspects to the proceedings which can trip people up. This is especially true if a tenant hires an attorney.
How long does an eviction take?
An eviction can take several weeks to several months before you get a resolution. This can also involve multiple court dates.
Do you just offer eviction services?
While our services mostly revolve around eviction litigation, our real value to clients is outside court. Chi City Legal offers subscription services to not only provide you with eviction services, but out of court compliance consulting and dispute resolution resolution with your tenant.
